Over 30 years’ experience working with a diverse client group within a range of settings varying from family support work, well-being coaching and mentoring children in schools.​ Currently employed by NHS as Senior Mental Health Practitioner, providing adapted CBT, within a Neurodevelopmental (Autism Spectrum Condition, ADHD and learning differences) Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist team. I also provide supervision to CBT trainees.​Integrative Psychotherapist: CBT with Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Polyvagal Theory and Compassion Focused Therapy.
