If you would like my help, you will experience a safe space to say the unsay-able. I am genuine, easy going, experienced and really value helping others .

I tailor my approach to suit your needs. Therapy can be challenging at times ( to be effective), so I make sure I regularly check in with you to keep the pace at what your most comfortable with.

Together, we work out what is keeping you stuck in your difficulties and create goals which will help your life move forward. We then focus on how to achieve this. The last part of the therapy looks at how to maintain your goals and essentially how to become your own therapist.

Sessions usually last from 45-60 mins and most people benefit weekly or fortnightly sessions reducing the amount as they get better.

I offer in person sessions in Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes and online sessions.

I understand just the word 'therapy' can be anxiety provoking for many. For those who need a gentle or more informal start, I can offer a meeting in a coffee shop or in another natural/informal setting as an option.

QUESTIONS TO THINK ABOUT

Preparing for Therapy

Reach the Top

It is important to identify and create goals for ourselves in many areas of our lives. Particularly so in the therapy process, it allows for measuring progress and ensuring that both you and your therapist are moving towards what you want.
Think about the following questions:
1. What are my main goals for therapy?
2. What would I like to be able to do differently?
3. If things were the way I wanted, how would other people know there had been change?
4. What is currently standing in the way of me reaching my goals?
